Who is Knowledge Circle?
Knowledge Circle is an Ottawa-rooted Canadian company that has supported the federal public service since 1994. We design and deliver official-languages training, diagnostic assessment, practical recommendations, department programs, and human support for learners, managers, HR teams, and instructors.

During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported selected federal departments and agencies with SLE-related evaluation services to help reduce testing pressure. Today, that evaluation insight informs our placement, group planning, training design, and SLE preparation.
