About KC

Who is Knowledge Circle?

We design and deliver official-languages training, diagnostic assessment, practical recommendations, department programs, and human support for learners, managers, HR teams, and instructors.

Complete official languages training

Full training path.

Some learners need foundations. Others need workplace fluency, maintenance training, B-level readiness, or advanced SLE preparation. Knowledge Circle supports French and English training with clear plans, language instructors, guided digital practice, and practical support across skills.

01 Foundations to advanced Clear plans from beginner foundations to advanced SLE preparation.
02 Oral confidence Conversation, pronunciation, fluency, interaction, and B/C readiness.
03 Reading comprehension, written expression, grammar Preparation for the written SLE tests: accuracy, comprehension, and evaluation strategy.
04 Groups and individual support Group classes, individual coaching, and department programs.

After enrollment: digital practice

Practice between sessions.

Knowledge Circle digital tools make the method visible. After enrollment, learners use MyLearningMyWay to understand the logic, rehearse response patterns, listen, speak, repeat, and build confidence between live sessions.

B answer Clear and useful, but often too concrete, personal, or short for C.
C answer Abstract, organized, nuanced, and spoken with professional control.

Advanced SLE preparation

Clearer SLE strategy.

After two or three attempts, the problem is rarely effort. The federal employee may still answer like an advanced learner instead of a federal professional explaining impact, conditions, judgment, and nuance.

Knowledge Circle coaching teaches that strategy directly: state the answer early, build one logical path, move from concrete to abstract, and speak with control.

Federal employees, real pressure

Built for federal work.

Some learners are building confidence. Others are maintaining skills, preparing for SLE, or aiming for advanced oral performance. In every case, training must feel focused, encouraging, and immediately useful.

SLE evaluation expertise

Evaluation-informed training.

Knowledge Circle has deep experience with official second-language evaluation requirements. During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported selected federal departments and agencies with SLE-related evaluation services to help reduce testing pressure. Today, that evaluation insight informs our placement, group planning, training design, and SLE preparation.

We manage the complexity of launching groups at scale, several times a year. For departments, group training delivered several times a year is not only a class schedule. It requires fair placement, coherent groups, realistic schedules, learner orientation, and ongoing pedagogical follow-up.
4 annual sessions Spring / Summer / Fall / Winter Predictable launch points for department training plans.
Level placement Assess learners and place them at the right level.
Groups and schedules Create coherent groups and realistic schedules.

Procurement-ready for departments

Procurement-ready training.

For departments and agencies, quality is only part of the decision. Knowledge Circle supports Government of Canada language training through established procurement vehicles, including standing offers and supply arrangements. Our delivery aligns with federal requirements: qualified, experienced instructors, reliability status where required, and Canadian or recognized university credentials.
