ACHIEVING LEVEL C – PART-TIME PROGRAM
MONITORING AND PROGRESS REPORTS
Measuring your progress is instrumental in your success at achieving your Level CBC. Progress Reports also identify any issues before they become serious. Progress Reports also serve to re-assure you and your manager that the objectives of the program are being met, that you are completing your assignments and actively participating in your sessions and if not, what needs to be done to get back on track.
You receive feedback from your instructor at each one-on-one session. To provide a third-party perspective, each you will meet with the Program Adviser on a regular basis to conduct a formal Progress Report. Each report compares your progress against the specific objectives of the period just completed. As you have a learning plan, the Program Adviser can easily measure your progress and identify those areas that need improvement and attention.
