Individual (1-to-1) training — SLE/ELS Levels B & C

Individual training that targets results
Oral Level C coaching for managers & executives

We help public servants succeed on the SLE/ELS. For many candidates, missing Oral Level C is not a language issue —
it’s an exam-performance issue: assessor expectations, structure, justification, nuance, and register.
Our 1-to-1 format lets us coach exactly what moves the needle.

Level B vs Level C (Oral): what changes

Level B is about functional communication. Level C (Oral) is about demonstrating higher control:
answers that are clear, structured, justified, and nuanced — in a professional register.
Many candidates already “speak well,” but they don’t deliver the kind of evidence the assessor needs.

What assessors look for

  • A simple structure (opening → reasons → examples → conclusion).
  • Clear “why” (cause/effect, trade-offs, decision logic).
  • Nuance (conditions, concessions, alternatives).
  • Professional register and precise vocabulary.

How we coach it

We build answer frameworks, run realistic simulations, and give highly specific feedback. We keep language
clean and efficient — not overly complex — so your message stays clear and persuasive.

What we cover in individual training

Oral (Speaking)

  • Level B: fluency, interaction, clarity, functional vocabulary.
  • Level C: structure, justification, nuance, register, tough questions.
  • Timed simulations + targeted repetition.

Reading (Comprehension)

  • High-frequency structures and “trap” patterns.
  • Speed + accuracy routines.
  • Vocabulary building in context.

Writing

  • Clarity and correctness with a professional tone.
  • Grammar that supports performance (not over-technical).
  • Templates for common workplace writing tasks.

How it works (simple and effective)

  1. Assessment — confirm your real level and identify what holds you back.
  2. Plan — prioritize what matters most for your timeline (B vs C, Oral vs Writing/Reading).
  3. Practice — simulations, targeted drills, and guided repetition.
  4. Feedback — precise corrections that change your answers immediately.
  5. Follow-up — measurable progress and adjustments as needed.
